Ingredients
Chicken
2 lbs chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
Garlic Sauce
1 stick butter
8 cloves garlic, minced
⅓ cup parsley
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp Truff hot sauce
¼ cup heavy cream
Cilantro Lime Rice
3 cups water
1 ½ cups Parish rice
1 tbsp butter
½ tsp salt
½ cup cilantro
2 Juice from limes

Chicken
Step 1
Add chicken breasts, olive oil, and spices to a bowl. Mix with hands until coated well. Add to a pan over medium heat and cook until done. Remove from pan to cutting board and let rest.
Step 2
Add water to a sauce pot and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add rice, butter, and lime juice. Cover and cook over low heat until rice is tender. Add in cilantro and salt to taste. Set aside.
Step 3
Melt butter in a saucepan. Once melted, add in pepper flakes and garlic. Cook until garlic is fragrant, then add Parmesan cheese, Truff sauce, heavy cream, and parsley. Stir until combined and set aside.
Step 4
Scoop rice onto a plate. Top with sliced chicken breast. Cover with spicy garlic Parmesan sauce. Dig in and enjoy!
