2 tbsp butter
2 cups beef broth
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Directions
Patties
Step 1
Mix together eggs, milk, ketchup, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, mustard powder, Worcestershire, and black pepper.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, mix bread crumbs with ground beef. Pour the egg and milk mixture over the beef and mix until combined.
Step 3
Form the beef into patties. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the patties to the pan and cook until both sides have a nice sear, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from pan and set aside.
Step 4
Add the remaining olive oil to the pan and add in onions and mushrooms. Cook over medium heat until softened. Add in garlic, flour, salt, mustard powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and butter. Stir to combine.
Step 5
Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Nestle the patties into the gravy, cover, and let cook for 10-15 minutes.
Step 6
Serve Salisbury steaks on a plate topped with a few scoops of gravy.
Step 7
Pairs perfectly with garlicky mashed potatoes or a hearty vegetable.
