Ingredients

Redneck Rice

1 lb smoked sausage

1 pound ground beef

1 sweet pepper, diced

1 sweet onion, diced

3 stalks celery, diced

2 tbsp all purpose seasoning

salt, to taste

2 tbsp smoked paprika

3 cups cooked rice

2 cups cheddar cheese

Sauce

2 tbsp hot sauce

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp all purpose seasoning

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Directions

Redneck Rice

Step 1

Prepare all your veggies and slice your sausage

Step 2

Cook your rice

Step 3

Brown your beef and add in 1 tbsp all-purpose seasoning

Step 4

Remove browned beef from pan and set aside. Return pan to stove and add in sausage and veggies. Add in remaining tbsp of all-purpose seasoning. Salt to taste. Preheat oven to 350°

Step 5

When veggies have softened, add in beef and paprika. Once mixed in, stir in your rice until evenly combined

Step 6

Top with cheddar cheese. Place into oven for about 5 minutes, just until cheese melts. Alternatively, you could just place a cover on the dish over low heat for a few minutes to melt the cheese

Step 7

Mix your sauce ingredients together. Serve and enjoy topped with a drizzle of the sauce on top!
