Ingredients
2 - 3 pounds chicken thighs
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
3 tbsp butter
1 cup maple syrup
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
Directions
Step 1
Season both sides of your chicken thighs with salt, cayenne, paprika, and garlic powered. Massage in gently.
Step 2
Heat a large pan to medium heat and cook thighs for about 7 minutes on each side…turning over once golden brown. Once fully cooked, remove and set aside
Step 3
Add butter to the same pan. Once melted add in your maple syrup and apple cider vinegar. Stir until combined and glaze begins to thicken.
Step 4
I prefer to pour the glaze into a small bowl and dip the chicken thighs into it. Once you’ve coated all the chicken thighs, add them back to the pan over medium heat and cook until glaze thickens a bit more and “sticks” to the chicken.
Step 5
Serve, and pour additional glaze over chicken when serving.
