Ingredients

Flatbreads

2 lbs chicken breast

4 flatbread

Ranch

2 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp onion powder

2 tsp paprika

salt and pepper to taste

2 cups cheese of choice

BBQ Sauce

1 cup ketchup

⅓ cup brown sugar

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 ½ tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tbsp chili powder

1 tbsp paprika

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

Buffalo Sauce

½ cup hot sauce of choice

⅓ cup cold unsalted butter

1 ½ tbsp white vinegar

1 tsp Worcestershire

½ teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

Flatbreads

Step 1

Pound chicken breasts thin. Sprinkle both sides with seasoning above.

Step 2

Add olive oil to a large pan and fry chicken breasts for 5 minutes on both sides.

Step 3

Preheat oven to 375°. If making your sauces, combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and stir to combine. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and pour into a heat safe jar.

Step 4

Once chicken is done, place into a cutting board and slice into strips.

Step 5

Spread sauce on flatbreads. Top with chicken. Spread cheese on top. Place into oven until edges of bread are golden brown. Top with more BBQ or hot sauce and ranch.
