Ingredients
2 lbs steak of choice (I used sirloin)
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 lb package gnocchi
3 tbsp butter
6 cloves garlic
½ cup Parmesan
2 tbsp chopped parsley
Directions
Step 1
Slice steak into 1 inch cubes and set aside in a large bowl.
Step 2
Mix together all ingredients listed above after steak, and before gnocchi. Stir until combined and then pour over steak. Stir until coated evenly, then cover and place in design for at least one hour.
Step 3
Cook your gnocchi, strain and set aside. Heat a large pan over medium high heat and begin cooking steak in batches. Don’t add the marinating liquid or the steak will not sear properly.
Step 4
When all steak is cooked lower heat to medium. Add steak back to pan, then add butter. Once butter is melted, add garlic. Stir until fragrant. Add in gnocchi and cook until browned—3-5 minutes.
Step 5
Serve with grated Parmesan and chopped parsley on top. Serve and enjoy!
