Ingredients
Fish
2 pounds fish of choice
10 tortillas
Slaw
4 cups red cabbage, sliced
¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
¼ cup red wine vinegar
1 - 2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
Mango Salsa
1 mango, finely chopped
½ red onion, finely chopped
1 Juice from lime
1 tsp salt
Spicy Mayo
½ cup Mayo
1 - 2 tbsp hot sauce
1 tbsp garlic powder
Juice from 1/2–1 lime
Rub
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp salt
½ tsp cinnamon
Directions
Fish
Step 1
1.) Combine all spices & seasonings. Stir together.
Step 2
2.) Place fish into a baking sheet and gently rub spice mixture into fish on both sides.
Step 3
3.) Let oven preheat to 350°. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Time may vary depending on fish used.
Step 4
4.) Spread spicy Mayo on tortilla. Place a generous portion of fish on top. Top with slaw and salsa. Top with more Mayo or cilantro. Enjoy!

Step 1
1.) Combine cabbage & cilantro.
Step 2
2.) Combine rest of ingredients. Stir together. Pour over cabbage. Refrigerate.
Mango Salsa

1.) Stir to combine all ingredients together. Refrigerate.
