Ingredients
1 croissant (per sandwich)
½ cup cheese (I love cheddar)
4 - 5 slices of bacon
2 eggs
1 small potato, sliced
Butter for cooking
2 tbsp Mayo
1 tbsp strawberry jam
1 tbsp hot sauce
Directions
Step 1
Cook your potatoes in a single layer until browned on both sides.
Step 2
Throw your bacon in the oven or you can cook on the stovetop.
Step 3
Fry your eggs, set aside.
Step 4
Lower heat to medium low. Arrange your cheese on the pan, place your sliced croissant on top. Let cook for 2-3 minutes.
Step 5
Flip over. Lay down eggs, bacon, potatoes and close.
Step 6
Mix your sauce ingredients together. Serve and enjoy!
