Ingredients
4 lbs chicken breast
2 large eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup pickle juice
2 cups flour
1 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp pepper
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 - 2 cups olive oil
Directions
Step 1
Cube chicken breast into 1 inch pieces and place into large bowl.
Step 2
Add in milk and pickle juice and place in fridge for 30 minutes.
Step 3
In a baking dish add flour, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and sugar, mix together.
Step 4
Remove chicken from fridge.
Step 5
Fill a pan about one inch deep with olive oil..not trash vegetable oil, and heat to medium heat.
Step 6
Roll chicken in flour until you get about 15-20 pieces.
Step 7
Place chicken into pan with hot oil and cook each side for 3-4 minutes, until golden brown.
Step 8
Remove and place onto cookie sheet with paper towel.
Step 9
Keep cooking chicken in batches until done.
Step 10
