Ingredients
1 croissant, or bread of choice
½ cup of cheese (I used mozz)
6 slices of bacon
2 eggs
2 tbsp mayo
2 tsp strawberry jam or raw honey
2 tsp hot sauce
Directions
Step 1
Cook your bacon to desired doneness
Step 2
Pour a little bacon grease back into the pan and sprinkle your cheese out evenly
Step 3
Add eggs on top of cheese
Step 4
Lay croissant halves on top of eggs. Cook until eggs are done
Step 5
Remove from pan. Lay bacon on sandwich. Drizzle with sauce. Close it up and enjoy!
