Directions
Subrecipe 1
Step 1
Slice & dice all your vegetables for your slaw. It doesn’t have to be perfect. It’ll taste amazing either way. Just make sure it’s cut up small.
Step 2
Mix your slaw sauce (mayo, apple cider vinegar, mustard, maple syrup, salt and pepper). Add in your vegetables and mix together. Put in fridge until needed.
Step 3
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium high heat. Add chicken breasts in and sprinkle with salt. Cook 5-7 minutes each side.
Step 4
Remove from heat and dice small or shred chicken.
Step 5
Lay your wonton wrappers out. Add in 1 tbsp of the chicken and slaw. Wet your fingers, fold up the opposite edges, and stick them together so it seals shut.
Step 6
Place the finished tacos onto a large baking sheet. Fill baking sheet (may need another smaller sheet as well) spray with cooking spray, and place into oven 400° for 15 minutes.
Step 7
While the tacos cook, make the BBQ sauce. In a sauce pan over medium-high heat combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Stir until sauce thickens, then remove from heat. Pour onto tacos and/or use as a dipping sauce.
