Ingredients
For the cake pops:
18 Oreos
½ pack vegan cream cheese, softened
2 cups vegan chocolate chips
For decoration:
½ cup vegan white chocolate
Round red sprinkles (as berries)
Green frosting (as leaves)

Directions
Step 1
In a food processor blend the Oreos into very fine crumbs. Add the softened vegan cream cheese and pulse again until everything is well combined and forms a smooth dough.
Step 2
Scoop out about a tablespoon of the mixture at a time and roll it into small balls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for 15 minutes to firm up.
Step 3
While the cake pops are chilling, melt the vegan chocolate chips in the microwave or on the stovetop using a double boiler, stirring until smooth.
Step 4
Dip a lollipop stick into the melted chocolate and stick into the balls. Freeze again until firm.
Step 5
Once the cake pops are ready, dip each one into the melted chocolate and coat them evenly. Let the excess chocolate drip off before placing them back on the parchment paper, or standing up in a tall bowl or cup.

Melt the vegan white chocolate and use it to drizzle over the cake pops. Quickly add the red sprinkles for berries and pipe green frosting to create tiny leaves for a festive holly design. Let everything set before serving.
