Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled

1 ½ cups light brown sugar

⅓ cup white granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 ½ tsp vanilla extract

2 cups all purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

½ tsp baking powder

¼ tsp salt

Pecan chips or chopped pecans

2 bars white chocolate bark, I used Ghirardelli

Chocolate chips, I used milk chocolate

Caramel sauce, for drizzle, measure all ingredients with the heart of course :)

Directions

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350F.

Step 2

2. Mix your flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

Step 3

3. Pour butter, brown sugar, and white sugar into a bowl and cream ingredients together for 2-3 minutes.

Step 4

4. Add your eggs and vanilla extract. Mix in.

Step 5

5. Now combine your wet and dry ingredients until fully incorporated.

Step 6

6. Chop up your white chocolate bark (1 1/2 bars).

Step 7

7. Pour pecans, chocolate chips, and white chocolate into cookie dough.

Step 8

8. Fold into cookie dough gently just until all toppings are fully incorporated.

Step 9

9. Place in the fridge for 10-20 minutes.

Step 10

10. Take cookie dough out of fridge.

Step 11

11. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 12

12. Scoop or roll cookie dough and place onto baking sheet one by one.

Step 13

13. Break up extra white chocolate bark and place pieces on top of each cookie dough ball.

Step 14

14. Bake at 350F for 11-13 minutes.

Step 15

15. Once done take out of oven and let cool for 10-20 minutes.

Step 16

16. Once cookies are cool, take your caramel sauce and drizzle on top of cookies.
