Ingredients

2 cups pancake mix, I used krusteax buttermilk pancake mix

1 ½ cups water

1 pound roll of breakfast sausage, whatever flavor/spice you want

Pancake syrup of your choice
Tools

1 bowl

whisk

scoop

nonstick baking spray
Directions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
Step 2
2. In a pan on medium heat, brown your breakfast sausage. Once done, drain grease and set aside.
Step 3
3. In a bowl, mix your pancake mix and water until fully combined together.
Step 4
4. Now add your breakfast sausage and fold into pancake batter.
Step 5
5. Spray your cupcake pan with a nonstick baking spray.
Step 6
6. Scoop batter into each cupcake tin.
Step 7
7. Sprinkle syrup on top of each bite.
Step 8
8. Bake at 350F for 20-22 minutes until they are fully cooked.

9. Take out of oven.
