Ingredients

12 tbsp unsalted butter, softened

1 cup white sugar

2 tbsp vanilla extract

4 large eggs, at room temperature

¼ cup milk

2 cups all purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

Colorful Sprinkles (however many you want 🫶🏽)

1 ½ cups powdered sugar

4 - 6 tbsp of heavy whipping cream

1 tbsp vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350F.

Step 2

2. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt.

Step 3

3. Add butter and sugar to bowl. Cream for 3 minutes.

Step 4

4. Add eggs and vanilla extract.

Step 5

5. Add milk.

Step 6

6. Add sprinkles!

Step 7

7. Fold wet and dry ingredients together or mix with a mixer on medium speed until everything is combined. Be sure not to over-mix batter.

Step 8

8. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

Step 9

9. Add cake batter.

Step 10

10. Bake for 55 minutes at 350F.

Step 11

11. Mix powdered sugar, heavy whipping cream, and vanilla to make icing.

Step 12

12. Once cake has cooled for 20 minutes, add icing plus MORE SPRINKLES.

Step 13

13. Cut and enjoy 🫶🏽.
