Ingredients

1 roll sugar cookie dough, pillsbury

1 tub of Philadelphia no bake cheesecake filling, bought this at walmart

½ cup white granulated sugar

1 tbsp cinnamon
1 piping bag
Tools

1 bowl

spatula

knife

Directions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
Step 2
2. Unwrap your sugar cookie dough roll.
Step 3
3. Cut into 10 equal pieces, this will make 5 cookie sandwiches.

4. In a bowl, add your sugar and cinnamon, mix.
Step 5
5. Roll each sugar cookie in cinnamon sugar. Save cinnamon sugar for filling.

6. Place on a baking sheet.
Step 7
7. Bake at 350F for 13-14 minutes.

8. Once done, let cool for 10-15 minutes before filling.

9. While the cookies cool off, take three scoops of cheesecake filling and place in cinnamon sugar.

10. Mix and fold both together.

11. Prepare your piping bags. I used the wilton pre tipped piping bags from walmart. I usually place the bag in a cup to fill.

12. Once that is filled and cookies are done cooling, you can start filling your cookie sandwiches.

13. Flip a cookie upside down and fill the cookie with cheesecake filling. Leave about 1 inch edge.
Step 14
14. Take another cookie a place on top. Book you have a Churro Cheesecake Cookie Sandwich.

15. Keep doing that until you have five sandwiches.

16. You can cool your cookies for a bit before eating/serving or eat them warm.
