Ingredients
2 cups light brown sugar
2 sticks unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
2 eggs, at room temperature
2 cups unsweetened applesauce
2 ⅔ cups all purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
2 ½ tsp cinnamon
Powdered sugar, for topping

Directions
Step 1
1. Preheat your oven to 350F.
Step 2
2. In a bowl add your flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. Mix and set aside.
Step 3
3. Add your brown sugar and butter to a bowl and cream together for 1-3 minutes until combined.
Step 4
4. While blending, add your eggs and mix into sugar and butter.
Step 5
5. Add your applesauce. Blend together with other ingredients.
Step 6
6. Now combine your dry and wet ingredients until fully incorporated.
Step 7
7. Spray your bundt pan with nonstick spray.

8. Add your cake batter.

9. Evenly level your cake and place in the oven on 350F for 55 minutes to and hour. Its done when a knife comes out clean.
Step 10
10. Once done, let cool for 1 hour in your bundt pan.

11. Take your cake and place on a plate/cake dish.

12. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
