Ingredients
4 lbs chicken wings
4 tbsp soy sauce
12 garlic cloves, grated
4 tbsp grated ginger
2 tsp salt
2 tsp white pepper
1 tsp shaoxing wine
1 tsp tumeric
2 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp onion pwder
1 cup tapioca flour
⅔ cup rice flour
⅓ cup all purpose flour
2 tsp salt
2 tsp chicken seasoning
1 tsp white pepper
1 cups sparkling water or beer, or iced water
1 tsp tumeric
1 tsp paprika
2 cups oil
1 cup chopped peppers

Step 1
Marinate the chicken with the marinade for about an hour

After the chicken is done marinating, mix together the batter ingredients
1 cup tapioca flour
⅔ cup rice flour
⅓ cup all purpose flour
2 tsp salt
2 tsp chicken seasoning
1 tsp white pepper
1 cups sparkling water or beer, or iced water
1 tsp tumeric
1 tsp paprika
Step 3
Heat up your oil on medium heat until 350F, then dip the chicken into the batter and immediately fry until cooked and golden, about 3-5 minutes (ish)

Sprinkle a little salt over the finished fry
Step 5
Once all the chicken is done frying, add in the chopped peppers and quickly fry for about 1 min until crispy. Season to taste and enjoy!
