Ingredients

12 slices thin beef

1 pack enoki mushroom, split into 12 portions

½ yellow onion, sliced thin

1 cup dashi stock

3 tbsp soy sauce

1 ½ tbsp sugar

1 tsp black pepper

1 egg, beaten

sliced green onions

1 tsp sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Mix together the broth ingredients and set aside.

1 tsp black pepper

Step 2

Roll your enoki mushroom with the beef

12 slices thin beef

1 pack enoki mushroom, split into 12 portions

Step 3

Saute your onion on medium heat until they brown, then add on the enoki beef rolls

½ yellow onion, sliced thin

Step 4

Top with the broth, then cover to cook for about 5 minutes.

Step 5

Add the beaten egg on top and cover to simmer until the egg cooks, about 1 minute.

1 egg, beaten

Step 6

Enjoy alone or with rice, and garnish with scallions, chili oil, and sesame seeds!
