Ingredients

2 lb beef ribs (Flanken cut)

1 tbsp Seasoned Salt

1 tbsp Chile Lime Rub

2 cup salsa verde

½ white onion

cilantro

Directions

Step 1

Get a pan or grill nice and hot.

Step 2

Season both sides of your beef ribs with the seasonings of your choice, I used Lawry's Seasoned Salt & Hardcore Carnivore Meat Chelada Chile Lime Rub.

2 lb beef ribs (Flanken cut)

1 tbsp Seasoned Salt

1 tbsp Chile Lime Rub

Step 3

Add them to the hot skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side. You want to get a nice crust on the meat for ultimate flavor. Set aside once cooked.

Step 4

To the same pan where you cooked the ribs, add the sliced onion, cook for 1-2 minutes. Then add in the salsa verde and bring to a simmer, about 5 minutes.

½ white onion

2 cup salsa verde

Step 5

While the salsa simmers, cut up the ribs in between the bones, so theyll become little handheld ribs. Add the ribs to the simmering salsa, mix to coat well and let simmer for anywhere from 5-10 minutes.

Step 6

To serve them up, top with fresh cilantro and serve as an appetizer at a party/carne asada OR serve with a side of rice and beans and tortillas for a main entree.
