Ingredients

2 lbs chicken wings

1 tbsp Tingly Seasoned Salt

1 tbsp Spicy Seasoned Salt

2 tsp garlic powder

½ cup potato starch

oil for frying

2 tbsp chili crisp

¼ cup hot honey chili crisp or hot honey

1 tbsp soy sauce

Step 1
Add the chicken wings to a large bowl and season with the tingly and spicy seasonings and the garlic powder. Mix to combine.

Add in the potato starch(corn starch can be subbed), mix until fully combined.

To a large pot add the oil and set to medium high heat.

Once the oil is hot start frying the wings for about 7-9 minutes or until perfectly golden brown and crispy. Once cooked, place them on a paper towel lined plate to drain off any excess oil. Continue frying all wings until finished. ALTERNATIVELY: Air fry @ 375 for 25-30 mins OR Bake @ 400 for 40-45 mins(both ways flipping halfway through)
Step 5
In a small sauce pan, add the chili crisp, hot honey and soy sauce. Set to medium heat and simmer for about 5-7 minutes.

Add the cooked wings to a large bowl, pour over the hot honey sauce, mix to combine.

Serve the wings and garnish them with sesame seeds if wanted.
