Ingredients
1 lb Brussels Sprouts
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp ancho chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
¼ cup honey
2 tbsp hot sauce

Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Step 2
Wash & dry Brussels, trim the stems & cut in half.
1 lb Brussels Sprouts

Add to baking sheet, toss in oil, then the seasonings.
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp ancho chili powder

1 tsp onion powder

Step 4
Bake them cut side down for 15 minutes, turn them over then bak an additional 4 minutes.
Step 5
Mix together the honey & hot sauce, toss the Brussels in the hot honey.

2 tbsp hot sauce
Step 6
Plate them up & top with a fresh squeeze of lime juice & freshly chopped cilantro.
