Ingredients
10 oz chorizo
4 eggs
chihuahua cheese
1 can Biscuits
hot sauce
3 tbsp butter
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
To a skillet on medium heat, add the chorizo, break it up into smaller chunks and cook for about 7 minutes.
Step 3
Add in the eggs, scrambled and cook for 1 minute.

Get your canned biscuits, flatten them out, then add a couple tablespoons of the chorizo egg mixture. Top with hot sauce and cheese. Close them up making sure pinch the ends so that nothing oozes out while baking.

Place the stuffed biscuits onto a baking tray, brush them over with hot sauce and butter, then sprinkle them over with cheese.
Step 6
Bake for 16-20 minutes.

Let them cool down & enjoy.
