Ingredients

3 blocks cream cheese

1 can Pickled Jalapeño (26oz) - Stems removed - start with half if concerned with spice level

1 cup sour cream

1 bunch cilantro

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp chicken bouillon

1 juice of lime

¼ cup cotija cheese

1 cup Queso Chihuahua + more for topping

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2

Add all ingredients(except the queso chihuahua & chips) to a food processor or blender. Pulse until incorporated, about 30 seconds.

Step 3

Once combined, stir in 1 cup of the shredded cheese.

1 cup Queso Chihuahua + more for topping

Step 4

Pour dip into baking dish. Top it off with more cheese.

Bake for 15 minutes.

Step 6

After 15 minutes, set your oven to broil for 1-2 minutes, to get the top golden brown.

Step 7

Serve with chips & enjoy 😋
