Ingredients

1 cup long grain white rice

2 cup water

2 cinnamon sticks

1 tsp salt

3 cup whole milk

1 can evaporated milk

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1 tbs vanilla

cinnamon (for serving)
Directions
Step 1
Rinse the rice until the water runs clear. Add to a large pan with water, salt & cinnamon sticks.

Cook uncovered on medium heat for 15-20 minutes. Or until most of the water has absorbed.
Step 3
Add in the 3 different milks and the vanilla. Mix thoroughly to make sure the sweetened condensed milk is well incorporated.

3 cup whole milk

1 can evaporated milk

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1 tbs vanilla

At this point, cook stirring constantly, the milk will burn at the bottom of the pan if you don’t mix it, for anywhere between 15-30 minutes. Depending on how soupy or thick you like your Arroz con Leche. I cooked mine for about 25 minutes.
Step 5
To serve, sprinkle with more ground cinnamon on top, some people even like to add raisins.
