Ingredients

450 g cream cheese (room temp)

130 g sugar

1 - 2 tsp ube extract

2 tbsp (18g) cornstarch

1 tsp vanilla extract

3 eggs

180 g heavy cream

1 g salt

60 g ube halaya

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 450F and line the bottom and sides of a 6x3in springform cake pan.

Step 2

Combine/lightly cream sugar, salt, and cream cheese (room temp) together. Add ube extract, vanilla extract, and ube halaya and combine.

Step 3

Sift cornstarch with heavy cream.

Step 4

Crack and mix 3 eggs into cream cheese mixture.

Step 5

Afterwards, combine the heavy cream mixture with the rest of batter. Then, strain the mix using a sieve into a cake pan.

Step 6

Bake for 27-30mins til brown on top but jiggly. Let it sit on the countertop for 30 mins to 1 hour.

Step 7

Refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight. Serve!
