Ingredients

For the Cookies:

Β½ cup of salted butter, softened

1 cup of sugar

1 egg

1 cup of ricotta cheese

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

2 cups of all purpose flour

1 Β½ cups of icing sugar

3 tablespoons of milk

π¨βπ³ 1) Preheat and Prepare: Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

π¨βπ³ 2) Mix Wet Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, cream together 1/2 cup of softened salted butter and 1 cup of sugar until light and fluffy.

π¨βπ³ 3) Add Egg, Ricotta, and Vanilla: Beat in 1 egg and add 1 cup of ricotta cheese and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
