Hey there! I'm Christina, the face behind flavorsbyfrangipane. In my life outside of social media, I'm a mom and a home cook. I've taught myself everything I know in the kitchen. Cooking has been a passion of mine since I was a kid, always experimenting and sharing my creations with friends and family.

My roots are in a big, loud, and chaotic Italian family from New York. Family gatherings were always centered around food. That's where my love for cooking really took off. I wanted to contribute to these gatherings with my own culinary creations.

Garlic Parmesan wings, made in the air fryer, achieve a crispy and golden exterior while retaining their tender juiciness, all complemented by the luscious garlic and Parmesan coating for a deliciously guilt-free indulgence.

Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Wings 

Begin by marinating the chicken wings. In a bowl, combine the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and avocado oil or olive oil. Mix well and coat the chicken wings thoroughly with this spice mixture.

Place the seasoned chicken wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 390°F for 12 minutes.

While the chicken is cooking, prepare the garlic parmesan sauce. Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a medium-high heat pan.

Add minced garlic to the melted butter and cook until it becomes fragrant, but make sure not to let it brown.

Stir in 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese until the mixture is well combined. Remove the saucepan from heat.

After the initial 12 minutes of cooking in the air fryer, flip the chicken wings and continue to cook for an additional 10 minutes or until they are crispy and cooked through.

Once the chicken wings are done, transfer them to a large mixing bowl.

Pour the prepared garlic Parmesan sauce over the cooked wings and toss them until they are well coated with the sauce.

Finish by garnishing the wings with freshly chopped parsley and the remaining grated Parmesan cheese.
