Ingredients
1 lbs shrimp
1 cup crawfish (peeled)
1 pck andouille sausage ( sliced round)
1 onion diced
1 red bell pepper diced
1 green bell pepper diced
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 cup heavy cream
¾ cup chicken stock
1 tsp Tonys cajun Seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp garlic & herb
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
¼ tsp oregano
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
¼ cup Parmesan

Step 1
1. Cook Rice according to box.

2. Clean shrimp and pat dry. Season with Cajun seasoning and olive oil.
Step 3
3. In a skillet on medium high heat , drizzle olive oil and cook shrimp for 3-4 minutes. Add in crawfish and cook for additional 3 minutes. Remove from skillet and sit aside.

4. Heat 1 tbsp butter in the same skillet then add in sausage and let brown. Once done remove and sit aside. Add onions and peppers to skillet and sauté until soft. Add tomato paste and stir for 1 minute then add garlic and cook for 1 -2 minutes. Immediately add in heavy cream and chicken stock. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, garlic &herb, cajun, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and oregano. More or less to your liking.

5. Turn heat on low stirring frequently until thick then add in your shrimp, sausage, and crawfish. Once done pour over rice. Top with Parsley and Enjoy!
