Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 egg
½ cup bread crumbs
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp ketchup
2 tsp dry mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp Tonys Cajun all purpose
1 tbsp garlic & herb seasoning
Gravy
1 yellow onion (sliced)
3 garlic cloves (minced)
1 ½ cup beef broth
¼ cup cold water + 1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 teaspoons Worcestershire
1 teaspoon all purpose seasoning
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
Directions
Step 1
1. Combine ground beef , egg , seasonings , Worcestershire, breadcrumbs and ketchup in bowl. Knead until combined then form Pattie’s to your desired size.
Step 2
2. On medium high heat , Add olive oil to skillet. Fry patties for about 5 minutes per side then remove from skillet .

3. Reduce heat to medium and add butter to skillet . Add onions and sauté for about 3 minutes . Next add in garlic . After a minute add in broth , Worcestershire, and seasonings. Mix cornstarch with cold water then add to skillet
Step 4
4. Reduce heat to low , add more broth if needed to thin gravy then add patties back to skillet. Spoon gravy and onions on top and simmer for 10 mins. All done!
