Andouille Sausage sliced round

2 cups unsalted butter
5 Garlic cloves diced
1 onion chopped
2 tbsp old bay
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 ½ tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp Worcestershire
1 tbsp tsp lemon pepper
2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp hot sauce
2 tsp accent salt
Lemon juice
Beef or Chicken Broth
Directions
Step 1
In a skillet brown sausage on both sides. Remove from pan and sit aside
Step 2
In a saucepan melt down butter once butter is melted reduce heat to low and add all seasonings listed. Can add broth to thin but that is optional. Let this simmer for 5 minutes then remove from heat.
Step 3
In a large pot bring water to a boil . Season water with old bay, Cajun, onion powder, garlic powder, and accent salt. Boil Eggs to liking and once down remove from pot and peel.
Step 4
Add in corn and allow to boil for 6-7 mins then Remove. Add in Ramen to water and cook for 3-4 minutes. Reserve one cup of the seasoned water then drain pot. Add noodles back to pot along with the 1 cup of water and in 2 scoops of sauce. Toss noodles well.
Step 5
Once done add ramen to bowl and Assemble bowl with eggs, corn, and sausage. Poor over more sauce and enjoy!
