Garlic Parmesan Wings (Wet)

Ingredients

Chicken wings

3 tbsp Mustard

2 tsp Onion powder

2 tsp Garlic powder

1 tbsp Tony’s

2 tsp Smoked paprika

2 tbsp Baking powder

1 ½ tbsp Olive oil

Sauce

½ cup hellmanns mayonnaise

1 cup Parmesan, freshly grated

4 - 5 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp red pepper flakes

2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp salt

¼ cup Buttermilk

Directions

Step 1

Clean and dry chicken. Place in a bowl and add mustard and seasonings. Combine well then coat with baking powder and mix again.

Step 2

Once oil is heated drop in chicken and fry for 10-12 mins or until done. Remove chicken from grease and drain with paper towel.

Step 3

In a large bowl add all ingredients for sauce . Add more buttermilk to thin if needed .

Step 4

Pour sauce over wings and toss well! Pair with homemade ranch and enjoy!
