Ingredients
2 chicken breast
Spaghetti
2 10oz cream of chicken
1 10oz Rotel
16 oz Velveeta
1 yellow onion
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
Shredded Colby Jack
Paprika
Cajun
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Garlic and and herb seasoning
Black pepper
Tonys Cajun
Cayenne pepper
Italian seasoning
Directions
Step 1
In a large pot bring your water to a boil. Add in your seasonings and chicken breast. Let boil for 15-20 minutes. Once done shred and sit aside. Reserve 1 cup of water (broth)
Step 2
Boil your spaghetti according to package
Step 3
In a large skillet on medium high drizzle olive oil and add in your diced onions and bell peppers. Add in both cans of cream of chicken, rotel, and your seasonings. Adjust taste to your liking and pour into an oven safe dish.
Step 4
Add in your spaghetti, shredded chicken, Broth, and diced velveeta. Mix in half of your shredded cheese. Stir well and cover with foil. Bake in oven on 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Remove from oven and stir well. Now is the time to adjust seasonings if needed. Once to your liking top with remaining shredded cheese and paprika. Place back in oven uncovered for 6-7 minutes . Enjoy!
