Cajun Garlic Butter steak bites

Ingredients

1 ¼ lbs Ribeye steak

1 tbsp olive oil

3 - 4 garlic cloves chopped

¼ cup green onions chopped

½ bunch cilantro chopped

1 stick butter

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp Red pepper flakes

1 tsp Cajun seasoning

½ tsp Cayenne pepper

1 tsp smoked paprika

Montreal steak seasoning, to liking

Holy garlic seasoning , to liking

Parsley (optional)

Directions

Step 1

1. Cube your steak and coat with olive oil. Season with Montreal steak and holy garlic seasoning. (If you do not have this, season with salt and pepper.) In a cast iron or any large skillet heat olive oil and add in cubed steak in a single layer. You may want to do this in batches depending on the size of your skillet.

Step 2

2. Cook for about 2 minutes per side. They should have a nice brown crust. Remove from heat and drain pan if needed. In that same pan add in butter, Worcestershire, garlic, green onions, and cilantro to pan. Season with red pepper flakes, cajun, cayenne, and smoked paprika. If using unsalted butter you may want to add a pinch of salt, always taste as you :) Give this a stir then add back in steak bites. Continuously spoon butter over steak. Once done to your preference remove from heat.

3. Pair with mashed potatoes or rice. Top with parsley and all done!
