Dahoam1516 is a non-profit school and social club providing hands-on, beginner-friendly classes and experiences centered around Bavarian brew craft and cuisine. We are located in Alameda, CA. "A little piece of Bavaria" we specialize in making homestyle, classic Bavarian cuisine and craft beers accessible to all and things you can do at home yourself. As part of this passion for culture, we offer our recipes free. They mostly come from our founder Hans' collection of Oma-approved recipes, some being handed down for generations.
