Ingredients

2 lbs ground beef

1 yellow onion, diced

2 stalks of celery, diced

2 carrots, diced

1 tbsp minced garlic

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp oregano

1 tbsp sugar

Salt and pepper to taste

2 large yellow potatoes (or 4 small ones), diced

15 oz mixed vegetables

3 cups beef broth

30 oz can tomato sauce

15 oz can diced tomatoes

Directions

Step 1

Brown your ground beef in pot, drain grease, add in your diced onion, celery, carrot, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings. Let simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Step 2

Go ahead and add in diced potatoes, mixed vegetables, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beef broth and sugar.

Step 3

Let this simmer for about an hour and a half and it’s ready to serve!
