For the sauce

3 Roma Tomatoes

½ White Onion

3 Garlic Cloves

3 Chipotle Peppers

Directions

Step 1

Place chicken breast in a pot of water. Add onion, bay leaves, and chicken bouillon. Allow to boil for 15 minutes.

Start to prepare your sauce. In a hot pan char your tomatoes, onion, and garlic cloves.

Once charred add them to your blender. Along with 3 chipotle peppers, chicken bouillon, oregano, and a little bit of water. Blend well.

Step 4

In a pan sauté some white onion. Once sauteed add your shredded chicken and sauce.

Fry your corn tortillas.

Begin to build your chicken tingas. Take your fried tortillas add you shredded chicken and top with lettuce, sliced avocado, sour cream, and cotija cheese.
