Ingredients
For the roasted garlic
1 garlic bulb
1 tbsp olive oil
salt & pepper to taste
For the chicken
Cooking oil
1 - 2 lbs thinly sliced chicken breast
5 eggs
3 cups seasoned panko
3 cups flour
1 tbsp seasoning salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tbsp lemon pepper
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
For the asparagus
2 bunches asparagus
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp lemon pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
For the mashed potatoes
5 lbs russet potatoes
4 oz cream cheese
1 cup milk
4 tbsp butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregano
1 garlic bulb
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
For the sauce
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 ½ cup heavy cream
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp oregano
¼ tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp fresh lemon zest
¼ cup grated Parmesan

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°
Step 2
Start by cutting the tip off your garlic bulb, drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper.
For the roasted garlic

Wrap in aluminum foil and bake in oven for 1 hour.
Step 4
Peal potatoes, chop into even pieces. Boil in pot of water for 45 minutes.

While the potatoes are boiling you can start the chicken. Whisk eggs in a bowl. Put flour in a bowl along with seasonings, put panko in another bowl.

Dredge each chicken piece in egg wash, flour, egg wash again, and then panko. Make sure they are fully coated. Fry in pan with cooking oil on each side for 5-10 minutes. Do this until each piece is cooked.

Lay asparagus out on baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, garlic powder, lemon pepper, and minced garlic. Mix until each piece is evenly seasoned. Bake in oven on 400° for 10-12 minutes.
For the asparagus

Once potatoes are done boiling you can drain them, add them to a bowl and add in your seasonings, cream cheese, parmesan, milk and butter. Then mix with hand mixer or potato masher until smooth. Careful not to over mix as they will become gummy.
For the mashed potatoes

4 oz cream cheese
1 cup milk
4 tbsp butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregano
1 garlic bulb
¼ cup Parmesan cheese

Lastly, you can make your sauce. In a hot pan add your butter and garlic. Once fragrant, add heavy cream, whisk in spices, lemon zest and Parmesan.
