1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Ground Mustard

For the salad
Romaine Lettuce

For the flour
3 c Flour
1/2c Cornstarch
1 tbsp Seasoning Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper

Step 1
Start by tenderizing the chicken.

Add buttermilk and seasonings to a bowl, mix, and add chicken. Let sit 1 hour or overnight in refrigerator.

Chop up your romaine lettuce and add it to a bowl. Add your dressing, seasoning and cheese. Toss and set aside.

To a separate bowl, add flour, cornstarch and seasoning, mix thoroughly.

Coat your chicken breast in the flour and shake of the excess. Place chicken in oil and fry for about 10-15 minutes. Or until golden brown.
