Ingredients

1 rotisserie chicken (shredded)

1 cup franks red hot buffalo sauce

1 cup ranch dressing

½ cup sour cream

8 oz block cream cheese(softened)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup Parmesan cheese

¼ cup blue cheese crumbles(optional)

1 tbsp diced green onions

Tortilla chips (for dipping)

For the seasonings

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°

Step 2

Combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch, sour cream, cream cheese, seasonings, Parmesan, and half of your cheddar and mozzarella. Mix well.

Step 3

Add mixture to baking dish, top with remaining cheddar, mozzarella, and blue cheese crumbles.

Step 4

Bake for 30 minutes, broil for 1-2 minutes at the end. Careful not to burn.

Step 5

Top with green onions, dip with tortilla chips or toasted bread! Enjoy!
