Ingredients

Olive Oil

2 tbsp Butter

2 Carrots

3 Celery Stalk

½ Yellow Onion

3 Broccoli Heads

1 tbsp Minced Garlic

2 c Chicken Stock

1 c Evaporated Milk

4 c Heavy Whipping Cream

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1 tsp Onion Powder

1 tsp Mrs. Dash

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

16 oz Cheddar Cheese

4 oz Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Step 1

In a pot on medium heat, add your olive oil, butter, carrots, celery, yellow onion, and garlic.

1 tbsp Minced Garlic

Step 2

Let this cook for five minutes just until it gets nice and fragrant.

Step 3

Add in chicken stock, evaporated milk and heavy cream.

4 c Heavy Whipping Cream

Step 4

Season with some onion powder, garlic powder, Mrs. Dash, salt and pepper.

Step 5

Add your broccoli. Let cook until broccoli starts to get soft.

3 Broccoli Heads

Step 6

Keep the heat low and add your cheese slowly until melted.

16 oz Cheddar Cheese

4 oz Parmesan Cheese

Step 7

Turn heat down and cover. Let sit for 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy!☺️
