Ingredients
½ Half a celery stick
Onion
handful of cilantro
2 Tomatoes
7 Limes
1 cup Clamato Juice
Ketchup
Tapatio
Protein
1 lb peeled and deveined shrimp
1 lb imitation crab
Directions
Step 1
Start by making your broth. Fill a pot with about 5 cups of water and 1 teaspoon of salt. Were going to boil half a celery stick, quarter of an onion and a small handful of cilantro.
Step 2
Once the veggies become fragrant (about 10 min of boiling) were going to add our 1 lb of shrimp
Step 3
Shrimp literally cooks in about 3 min. Once the shrimp is pink remove immediately. Save 1 cup of the broth and let cool.
Step 4
For the ceviche I diced half an onion, two tomatoes and one big handful of cilantro. Throw into a big bowl.
Step 5
Cut your 1 lb of imitation crab into bite sized pieces add to veggies.
Step 6
Add your cooled shrimp, juice your 7 limes, 1 cup of Clamato juice, big squeeze of ketchup and Tapatio
Step 7
Salt to taste

Serve and Enjoy on some Tostadas!
