1 cup heavy cream
1 cup low sodium chicken broth
1 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions
Step 1
We’re going to start by cutting our salmon fillets into bite-size pieces. We’re going to season with 1 teaspoon of salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and no salt creole seasoning.
Step 2
Bring a large pot of water to boil season well with salt and add in your pasta. I like my pasta al dente so I boiled for about nine minutes. save one cup of the pasta water.
Step 3
Heat up 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter and add in our salmon. Sauté salmon for about 5 to 10 minutes or until fully cooked. Set aside.
Step 4
We’re going to season our shrimp with the same seasonings we seasoned our salmon. In the same skillet that we sautéed our salmon we are going to sauté our shrimp for another 3 to 5 minutes. Set aside.
Step 5
Finally dice your 1/4 of onion and red pepper, three garlic cloves, and a handful of parsley and sauté in the same pan.
Step 6
Once our vegetables are softened, we’re going to add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and one cup of heavy cream, one cup of pasta water and one cup of low sodium chicken broth.
Step 7
Season your sauce to taste, I added a little extra salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and creole seasoning. Bring to a low simmer.
Step 8
Once simmering, we are going to add one cup of Parmesan cheese
