Ingredients
5 Roma Tomatoes
3 Garlic Cloves
2 Jalapeños or 2 Serranos (if you want spicier)
1 Chipotle Pepper w/adobo sauce
Lime
Cilantro
Salt
Pepper
Chicken bouillon
Oregano
Directions
Step 1
Start by roasting your vegetables. You want them to get a nice char on them.
Step 2
Garlic burns quickly, so only roast the garlic cloves for about five minutes
Step 3
after about 15 minutes and your vegetables are roasted we’re going to throw everything into a food processor
Step 4
You can use a blender for a smoother sauce, but I like a food processor because it leaves the salsa chunky
Step 5
Add One chipotle pepper with a tablespoon of the adobo sauce
Step 6
One handful of cilantro
Step 7
One juicy lime
Step 8
Season 2/3 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of oregano and 1 teaspoon of chicken bouillon
Step 9
I pulsed the food processor till I got it too the consistency I liked, completely up to you!
Step 10
The salsa just has a little kick if you want it spicier I would add one more jalapeño, or instead of two jalapeños use two Serrano peppers
Step 11
The salsa will still be a little warm let cool in the fridge
Step 12
Serve and enjoy!
