Ingredients
2 Blocks of Cream Cheese
Unsalted better
Sugar
Vanilla Extract
Cinnamon
Salt
Puff Pastries
Honey (optional)
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Step 2
To a stand mixer were going to add our 2 blocks of cream cheese, 1 stick of unsalted butter, 3/4 cup of sugar, splash of vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and a pinch of salt
Step 3
Mix on high speed for about 5 min until everything is nicely combined
Step 4
For our puff pastries make sure they are room temperature. Butter your baking dish before adding the first layer of the puff pastry.
Step 5
Add your cream cheese mixture. Spread around evenly. Add the second layer of puff pastry on top.
Step 6
For our sugar cinnamon mix, were going use half a cup of sugar, one big teaspoon of cinnamon and quarter of a teaspoon of salt (it’ll give it a delicious sweet and salty taste)

Were going to top our dish with half a cup of unsalted melted butter and our sugar mix on top
Step 8
Evenly spread throughout the dish
Step 9
Add your baking dish to the middle rack of the oven.
Step 10
Let bake for 45 min, or until you see the puff pastries start to rise.
Step 11
Let come to room temperature

I accidentally left them overnight in the fridge and honestly loved them chilled! But however you’d like to serve them! I also topped with a little bit of honey as well!
