Step 2
Start by seasoning your chicken breast with salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder.
Step 3
I like to have a little breading station
Step 4
1 Plate with the 5 wisked eggs, 1 plate of flour seasoned with salt and pepper and 1 plate of Italian Bread Crumps
Step 5
Dip your seasoned chicken into the eggs, flip and make sure its evenly coated
Step 6
Dip into the flour, again making sure its evenly coated
Step 7
We are going to double dip for extra crispiness!
Step 8
Dip the chicken again into the egg and now dip into the bread crumbs
Step 9
Repeat with all the chicken cutlets
Step 10
Preheat your oil in your sauce pan on medium/high heat. I like to use a wood spoon to check the temperature of the oil. Dip the spoon into the oil and if it bubbles the oil is ready. If it doest, let it heat up more.
Step 11
Once ready carefully add your chicken cutlets, careful not to crowd make sure they have space. I made them in batches.
Step 12
I fried on each side for about 3-5 min (they don’t take long since the breast is thin)
Step 13
Place on paper-towels to absorb any extra oil
Step 14
Serve and enjoy!
