Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Gouda Cheese

Gruyere Cheese

Medium Cheddar Cheese

Flour

Salt

Pepper

Garlic Powder

Smoked Paprika

Directions

Step 1

First thing... Shred all 4 blocks of cheese... Let's just get that bullshit out of the way.

After you've shredded the cheese. Get a large pot out and get that onto the stove. Get that up to medium heat. Once it's hot, throw half a stick of butter in the pot along with 1/3 cup of flour.

Stir that in and cook that until there's no flour flavor left(it turns into a very tan color).

Once your flour is done cooking. SLOWLY add in a can of evaporated milk while you're stirring at the same time. Take breaks to mix everything together to prevent clumping.

Once you've added in the whole can. Add in a cup of whole milk. Mix that in. If it's still really thick, just add some more milk.

Little by little add in your cheese and stir/mix it in completely. Taste each time to see if it needs more cheese. Make sure to save some cheese for the top!

Season the cheese mixture with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to your liking. Add a tablespoon or two of smoked paprika for color!

Once your cheese sauce tastes good. Boil up some macaroni!

Once your macaroni is done, strain it, add it back to that pot you boiled it in. Slowly add in the cheese mixture with the macaroni and mix that in! Once you've mixed everything in, pour it into a oven save dish.

Step 10

Pre heat your oven to 350. Once it's hot, top your macaroni with the leftover cheese, and throw that into the oven for 25-35 minutes or until the cheese on top looks nice and crispy and sexy.

Step 11

Remove the mac n cheese when it looks perfect. Let it cook for 10 minutes, then ENJOY!!! Also tell your mom you're sorry, because now you'll be bringing the mac n cheese.
