Ingredients

½ red onion

3 cloves garlic

2 tbsp Montova chili oil

¼ cup heavy cream

1 jar Mantova marinara sauce

1 lb Mantova pasta

salt

1 cup pasta water

fresh basil

Directions
Step 1
Finely chop the red onion and mince the garlic.

Add Montova chili oil to a pan on medium heat. Add in the red onion and garlic and cook for 3 mins.

Add Montova marinara sauce. Cook for 2 mins before adding in heavy cream.

Bring a salted pot of water to boil.

Follow the instructions on the Montova pasta package to cook until al dente. Reserve some pasta water to add to the sauce.

Add the pasta to the sauce, garnish with chopped basil, Thai chili peppers and parmesan cheese.
