1 pollo trozado

2 limones ( jugo )

300 ml cerveza

50 ml aceite

50 ml salsa de soya

30 ml vinagre

10 g mostaza

40 g aji panca

4 dientes de ajo

1 g oregano seco

Sal, pimienta y comino al gusto

300 ml beer

50 ml oil

50 ml soy sauce

30 ml vinegar

10 g mustard

40 g aji panca

4 cloves of garlic

1 g dried oregano

Salt, pepper and cumin to taste

Step 1

Para empezar se debe dejar reposar el pollo con el jugo de los limones por 15 minutos.

2 limones ( jugo )

Step 2

Luego en un recipiente agregamos sal, pimienta, comino , orégano, ajo, aji panca, mostaza, salsa de soja, vinagre, aceite, cerveza y se debe mezclar para crear la salsa.

Sal, pimienta y comino al gusto

50 ml salsa de soya

30 ml vinagre

300 ml cerveza

50 ml aceite

40 g aji panca

10 g mostaza

4 dientes de ajo

1 g oregano seco

Step 3

Una vez esté lista la mezcla se añade al pollo y se deja marinar toda la noche.

En una sartén se añade papa cortada en rodajas y se pone el pollo encima para que las papas absorban el líquido que libere el pollo al cocinarse.

Se añade un poco del jugo del pollo y se hornea por una hora a 400 F.
