500 g almejas

30 g ajo picado

70 g aji amarillo picado

130 ml cerveza rubia

30 ml pisco peruano

30 g culantro

300 g pasta cocida

Sal al gusto

30 g chopped garlic

70 g chopped yellow chili

130 ml blonde beer

30 ml Peruvian pisco

30 g cilantro

300 g cooked pasta

Salt to taste

Step 1

En una olla con agua hirviendo agregar tu pasta favorita con un poco de sal y un chorro de aceite

Step 2

En una sarten agregar un chorro de aceite y sudar el ajo con el aji amarillo, agregar las almejas y luego incorporar la cerveza, el pisco y el culantro, tapar y cocinar por 4 minutos.

Step 3

Agregar la pasta a la sarten con las almejas, rectificar sazon y servir

Step 2

In a pan, add a drizzle of oil and sweat the garlic with the yellow chili, add the clams and then incorporate the beer, the pisco, and the cilantro, cover and cook for 4 minutes.

Step 3

Add the pasta to the pan with the clams, adjust seasoning and serve.
